The Black Community has $1.3 Trillion dollars in buying power and in just a few years, 2019, it is projected that we will have $1.4 Trillion dollars in BUYING POWER. The leading cause of POVERTY in the BLACK COMMUNITY is the same as in all communities, the lack of resources to stay above federal and state POVERTY LEVELS. So, if other ethnic groups can circulate money in their communities for days and even monthly or near monthly, THEN, the BLACK COMMUNITY already has everything they need to end poverty as we know in the BLACK COMMUNITY. Project 360 aims to assist the community.

POVERTY NUMBERS in the BLACK COMMUNITY are RISING, while other groups are showing a decrease. REPORTS fail to attach the numbers to the faces, to the HOPES AND DREAMS behind the faces; neither which diminishes because of poverty. HARSH measures to cut aid to the poor is done so in anominity. I've never seen a legislator or elected representative travel to the community of the poor and hang out with them and their family. Instead, DECISIONS ARE MADE AND CALIBRATED BY ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS TO DIMINISH POTENTIAL IN COMMUNITIES THAT ARE OVERWHELMINMGLY BLACK AND POOR WITHOUT looking into their faces at the potential God places in all of us. WHILE PROJECT 360's VISION is to transform BLACK COMMUNITIES of POVERTY, the PROJECT RECOGNIZES the ENORMITY OF THE ROLE OF POLITICS; thereby asserting the VALUE OF THE PRAYER PORTION of the OVERALL PATH EXPERIENCE IS IMMEASUREABLE.

EVERYTHING has a name. EVERYONE has a NAME BUT THE POOR. They are often called "OUT OF THEIR NAME"- LAZY, STUPID, THUGGISH AND ARE SEEN AS 'OPPORTUNIST" THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE "SYSTEM" (WELFARE), none of which is true for the majority of the recipients of aid; nor, is it their nature. Our identity is with those who BUILT AMERICA and made it the super power it is. Many are working hard, laboring with no retirement systems or systems to complain of unfair wages. YET, challenges of poverty rest in public policy and trade agreements that do little to consider them - the poor.

IN COMMUNITIES OF POVERTY, CHILDREN SUFFER TERRIBLY. They have a difficult time 'identifying" with their citizenship. As Americans, they, more times than not, if they are poor, are left without the resources to develop their special gifts and talents in a land where you are encouraged to "LIVE THE AMERICAN DREAM." DREAMNG TACKLES two CRITICAL BARRIERS - ACCESS and ACCEPTANCE of ALL PEOPLE and ALL CHILDREN, It is the BRIDGE TO OPPORTUNITY. WITHOUT IT, HOW DO YOU ANSWER THE QUESTION posed: "IF OUR KIDS ARE WITHOUT SKILLS AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES, WHAT WILL THEY DO?" KIDS IN COMMUNITIES OF POVERTY WRESTLING with issues of IDENTITY MUST BE REASSURED OF THEIR RIGHTS TO PASSAGE, just as other children, into access and opportunity. Pray the Path
DOING THE WORK OF POVERTY THROUGH PRAYER AND WORK
Throughout this site and linked sites, you will encounter several phrases that different in the way in which they are presented. Below are different phrases with the meanings of this "revoluntionary" framework targeting POVERTY in economically distressed (rural) communities of color and its applications. Many thanks to IJM (International Justice Missions). I had the pleasure of becoming aquainted with and joining IJM at their GLOBAL PRAYER CONFERENCE in Washington, DC just a few months ago (April 2016). As I listened and participated, I sat in awe at their work; it was similar work God was giving me beginning July -October 2015. What a testament to God's hand in the midst of His people and a willingness to recognize His voice and be obedient.
PRAY THE PATH (Psalm 25:4)
The Lord spoke "PRAY THE PATH" to me just hours after a personal plea to him to "do more"! I pleaded with God while (after) watching police cars and emergency vehicles explode through my small community to respond to a situation at our ONLY high school.
It had been a week- a time- of lots of unrest across the country with spillage, it appeared in my small community. My first act was to reflect back on my accomplishments as an elected official and community leader; it had brought forth a GREAT HARVEST, but,
it was nowhere near enough to overcome decades of poverty that continued to plague my community - a region of NC that I loved. Several months later, this is how he defined the term: "An invitation to commit the details of your life to prayer." PRAY THE PATH INTERSECTS and then BRIDGES into a SINGLE JOURNEY BOTH the POWER OF PRAYER and
the POWER OF WORK, CULMINATING IN THE HARVEST, defeating POVERTY and a HIGHER QUALITY OF LIFE in the BLACK COMMUNITY.
PRAY THE PATH: THE PATH EXPERIENCE
Asking God to define for me Pray the Path, I rested in His ability to define "the work".
He replied several months later- "It is an EXPERIENCE". Therefore, PRAY THE PATH is hereafter referred to as "THE PATH EXPERIENCE" BECAUSE the PATH has three components: 1) PRAY 2) WORK 3) HARVEST that MERGES into a SINGLE stream -
THE PATH EXPERIENCE.
THE PATH EXPERIENCE: PRAY
THE PATH EXPERIENCE - PRAY, simply alerts the reader. The PATH traveled, or focused on before the CONVERGENCE, is the PRAY path. It is the belief of THE PATH EXPERIENCE, that both: PRAY AND WORK and WORK AND PRAY are synonymous in application and both must co-exist as a single approach to achieve long lasting sustainable outcomes.

THE PATH EXPERIENCE - WORK, simply alerts the reader. The PATH traveled, or focused on before the CONVERGENECE, is the WORK path. DEAR GOD,
Help us acknowledge that the POWER of PRAYER and the POWER of WORK- WORKS... and that a choice between the TWO sabotages the intent of the work of THE PATH EXPERIENCE.
Guide our JOURNEY as PATHS OF PRAY AND WORK CONVERGE INTO A SINGLE SEAMLESS PATH and, we become VESSELS within our own community with the salve and the oil to bring healing caused by DECADES OF POVERTY. AMEN.

We desire to know the direction you will have us to go. With this work (ENDING POVERTY AS WE KNOW IT), we believe it is in response to decades of prayers lifted up to you to END POVERTY AND EXPERIENCE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE, and this work is the evidence. We BELIEVE that prayers are powerful and throughout history have been the single source that invades and intrudes upon closed doors and closed minds - releasing perspectives and decisions that refelct the 'GOOD" in the world - in communities and towns of all sizes and economic standing. We know dear God, the first step to finding answers is to reach out and make contact- making requests known.
